Renault, Mclaren-Mercedes, Honda and Ferrari all have a shot at winning, but i reckon renault will do it again in the bahrain heat.

Red bull are having coling issues with their new ferrari V8, so they will probably retire early on.

Fernando Alonso picked up where he left off to win in style in Bahrain today. He beat Micheal Schumacher and Kimi raikonnen to the flag.

I actually saw that. Schumacker (yes, I know, I can't spell his name, but I don't really care) nearly had him after the final pitstop, but Alanso just pushed past him, and as the commentators said "hung him out to dry".

Anthny Davidson is fastest this morinig in free preactice for the Aussie GP. The Hondas are doing well. Button was the fastest race driver, more than a quarter of a second ahead of Alonso in his Renault.

I wouldnt count on it. The hiungarian GP was won by Button for many reasons. His wet wheather ability (said to be better than Schumacher's) was already proved. His ultra smooth style suited the very greasy track. No oversteer, no understeer, just perfectly clean lines. The strategy was perect as well, choosing to wait and "Splash-And-Dash" to the line. By over 40 seconds. Absolutly stunning win!

Alonso And Schumacher are really now the only 2 poeple who can win the champ, however, Alonso will need to be on is toes to win a second title. Schumacher is closing him down very rapidly. Just ten poinbts seperate Alonso and schumacher now. Ferrari are closing in very rapidly on renault in the constructors due to Massa's new speed. McLaren are having a turbulent period. Montoya has quit for NASCAR, and they have drafted in Pedro De La Rosa as his replacement (he scored second in that hungarian GP). Raikkonen crashed out of the Hhungarian GP trying to lap Vanantonio Luizzi, whose Torro Rosso was slowing to let him by. A huge crash followed, Rosa missed every single piece of debri fomr the crash just ahead of him, how i have no idea.

Honda now have 3 GP wins to there name (Other than as Engine Manufacturers) having won twice in 1968. Finally after 113 tries Button has won, only 2 people have taken longer to win a GP, Button's teamMate Rubens Barrichello (127) and Toyota's Jarno Trulli (117). I also beleive it is the longest time between victories for a manufacturer. Nearly 40 years.

Nothing else is really going on atm, but Webber has signed for Red Bull to Partner Coulthard next year. Williams have confirmed Wurz and Rosberg will be in there cars next year.
