Why not try out a class you're not familiar with.

Yesterday I had a good go at being a sniper and heavy (and doing surprisingly well as both, although admittedly I did well as a heavy mainly due to good medic support).

I got lots of amazing shots as the sniper on balloon race.

So try out a class you're not very good at or never play, and see what happens. Maybe we should do an evening like this.

If I'm not playing sniper - technically I'm always trying out a class I'm not used to!

You're also a pretty good spy.

I play all 3 offensive classes regularly (less pyro these days, though). I know I'm terrible at any class that requires tactics/living over reactions (medic, spy), and my aim isn't good enough for sniper (though I do play from time to time).

Heavy is horribly slow for me, likewise for engy, I just don't like playing them.

That leaves demo, which I play occasionally, but don't really get on with that well.

I'm useless at demo I've played it for about 20 minutes total time I think! xD

I mained demo right back when TF2 came out, barely played it since, just for when a demo is called for.

Yup. I used to engy spam then got bored, switched to medic and probabily havent played engy for that long since.

I've been trying to play demoman more so I can be a bit more versatile XP

My main class is obviously the Medic (which I have earned over 100 hours of play). Spy and Engineer I play from time to time (offensive Engineer is probably the most difficult job next to Medic and Spy).
I have played Scout recently and have started to get a thing for it but I still prefer to let the others do the fighting for me and be the man behind every capture.
The classes I tend not to play as are Soldier, Demoman and Pyro as they don't suit my tactical style at all. Sniper I play from time to time and am trying to improve. Heavy I find okay despite the speed issues but again, I have yet to get good at him.

I will try and take part in this "classes we rarely play" evening. Should be interesting but as Wynney states, if I'm not playing Medic, I am playing a class I rarely play.

I literally play any class. Whatever I feel the team will benefit I will use.

Same Wynney Im useless as Demo xD Im not that great at Spy or Medic either, but I can play them if forced

Heavy/Soldier/Sniper seems to be my regs atm, I like Pyro and Engy is just dull That leaves Scout which Im okay at xD

I played demo for about 12 seconds on the second stage of dustbowl today ^.^

DHR- Try offensive Engineer, it is extremely hard, you need some luck on your side but it makes the job more interesting than sitting around behind a lv3 sentry all day.
I do offensive Engie a lot on Goldrush/Badwater and it's real fun and challenging.
Demoman? 3 hours and I'm not that good at it.

I've never tried being an offensive engineer before. How does that work exactly? Establishing a sentry on the very front lines whilst under fire?

Yeh i tried demo the other day, was sick actually, now i have about 140hours play XD

I've reset my stats as of about 4 days ago and am only going to play Support Classes and Engineer for a long as I can bear
