The new update is fine. The Sandman stunning me whilst I'm ubering someone is a mild annoyance, but that is all.
There are several bugs throughout the game though now.

Well from what Reb said last night, people are trying to get the Sandman banned in competitive play because 2 weel co-ordinated scouts can disrupt an entire team and kill off any classes almost instantly.

Sounds about right to me. Stunned Medic + Stunned Soldier = offensive/defensive chunk out of play.
Valve will probably tweak it soon anyways so lets just see what they do, if they do anything that is. I see it as a new experience and have to adjust my Medic healings completely to make sure I don't get hit by the ball whilst keeping an eye on my patient to make sure he doesn't get stunned...

It would be okay if it was just a lot harder to hit their heads. Like sniping is actually hard to get heads 100% of the time, so far I havent really seen ANY balls miss a target unless they are like super far away :/

The "Bonk Ball" as Ive donned it, the stun is waaaaayyyy too long, if youre a heavy theres enough time to kill you with the scouts speed from 1000% HP :/ currently, a good scout has no weakness apart from possibly Sentries :/ and even now with the Atomic Bonk, they arent even that much of a trouble.

Well Valve will probably tweak it so it has to hit the person's head to stun them, similar to the Sniper needing to hit the head to earn the headshot. If it hits their body, it may just do damage similar to the flare gun but without the fire. Currently it does hit the person even if it completely misses them for some reason.
Bonk is balanced as it is in all fairness, it grants them invincibility but it really does slow them down afterwards and they can't shoot during their Bonk and can be easily killed after they've used it. The only useful aspect of it is a get-away use or a scouting use to see Engineer's structures. Although I've seen 2 Scouts coordinate a Bonk usage to take out a Sentry nest since the Sentry locks onto the closest target (ie the Bonked Scout) and focus their fire on him rather than the other Scout raping their Engineer then raping them before taking Bonk and allowing the other Scout to then finish the job.

As with every update there are always bugs to fix. Natasha was fixed and became bugged again afterwards which really is amusing when you think about it.
The Baseball will be nerfed undoubtedly in due time, same as the Backburner was nerfed when it came out for the Pyro (some connection there).

Well if you think about it, I can't see anything wrong with it other than the hitbox detection which is completely wrong. The thing with the updates is it brings change and people dislike change as they have to relearn the game a bit and change everything they've learnt to suit the new weapons introduced; it's much easier to complain about the weapons than it is to adjust your gameplay to adapt to the new weapons.
If the hitbox detection with the ball was changed so it acts like a Sniper headshot, I'd be happy with being stunned for a bit even if ubered as it was skill on the Scout's part to hit me and it was my mistake to not be cautious and get hit by the ball.

Nah, it is clearly too powerful, the tradeoff for the double jump just isn't enough, especially when considering the FAN grants the same ability, really. They might weaken it against ubers, make it harder to hit things, reduce the stun time or reduce the projectile speed, but I almost garuntee they will change it.

I doubt they'll change it to headshot, though, that just makes it incredibly hard to ever use. Maybe they'll lower the stunned time and make headshots have the same effect as current.

I think they should stop it being able to stun ubercharged enemies and slow down the speed of the baseball (around the same as the flare guns). I then think the Sandman will be much more of an acceptable weapon.
