Heh, yeah. I hate all forms of laptop mice, they suck so much. Why don't they put a little pocket and put a small wireless optical mouse in it instead of the touch pad! I'm sure they could fit it in somewhere.

well im usin 1 now and even in a curent hlf contious state i can use the touch pad just about and wha r u doin with 5 laptops though thous mid key bord 1s are horid to use

The good ones are made by IBM and Sony (believe it or not...) . The reason I had 5 laptops on my desk is because I work as an IT technician at Arjo Ltd. in Gloucester, but I have recently moved them to a pile in the test-area, with a sheet of A4 paper on top of them saying 'Work in progress' ... It'll never get done, I'm leaving here on Friday of this week!

Yeah, IBM and Sony are alright. But they're still laptops. LOL @ those laptops.

I don't think Apple make the best laptops. I think IBM do. They have found the ultimate balance between performance and portability. Check out their new T60. The model I used a lot working back at Arjo was the T41, and it's an absolute dream to work with.

Yeah, the IBM laptops are great. They may not look very appealing, but they are designed to be functional. Very small, rugged and quite fast, though not on the gaming stakes (they are office computers after all).
Oh, BTW, my earlier comment about Pentiums - I sort of discount Pentium Ms because they are completely different. Oh, and other than that, the only good Pentium is the molten slag Pentium (aka, removed the heatsink for 5 minutes while running).
