The new AMD Phenom chips are really good overclockers.

One fine fellow managed to overclock one of these chips to 6.2GHz (6213.6MHz) using LN2. The system was 'almost stable' when running Crysis. With water you can achieve clocks in excess of 4GHz, and with an air cooler you should be able to hit 4GHz using one of these new chips.
