Spam the buttons. I was going for durability buttons because my artificing skill was low, but you can spam the progress buttons until the fourth bar starts to fill normally.

so what does that do?

By spamming the buttons, you can make a pristine item pretty much every time. Now, since one of the game updates you have to make a pristine item for the item to actually be made - there used to be lesser versions of an item with lower stats, but now you either get the item or nothing (well, actually you get the primary materials back)... so it's quite important!

it always thought it was quite easy to get pristine all the time because you always get 6 skills ( i cant remember the name of what they do) 3 will b for the blue line(Progress) and the other 3 will be for the green line.... i start spamming the green line ones if i lose the bottom line.

But yeh am not rly a tradeskill guy... my dad does all that
