Yeah, but it doesn't work at level change (I had 2 dominations at a previous level change, and it didn't work).

Got the Axetinguisher now, only whored one achievement (reflect a crit rocket to kill) because it was really silly, and we were messing about with the reflect thing because noone was on the server, lol. I've nearly got a bunch of other achievements, just need to play a bit longer, lol.

Yeah, I've got the axe from lots of hard work. Only cheated the aforementioned hotshot and the ragequit (well, I properly dominated Aaron then asked him to reconnect to the server, lol).

The rest are all fun now, I have around 400kills, 25 buildings, 20 heavies, 9 spies, 3 intelligences etc. The only one I'm not well on the way with is the shotgun one, because it's really hard to finish people with the shotgun right now (due to other pyros) and I switched to the flare gun immediately and loved it.

Oh, and I doubt I'll ever get the 6 axe kills, I got to 4 early then got critted in the back by another pyro doing it. I might be able to do it once it dies down and I get used to the axetinquisher.

The backburner is pretty cool, it's good for the extra health. However, once you get used to it, the air blast is just too good to give up. Especially defending (or attacking) point C of Gravelpit (you blast people off, especially rocket jumping soldiers. I capped it earlier with a friendly demoman, a soldier rocketjumped up, I lit him on fire and blasted him away, lol. It's pretty good against rockets, but not fast enough to stop them all, and it's good for clearing massed stickies.

Eurrr. Now I don't like the pyro update - it caused all my favourite servers to impliment strict pyro class limits, and because everyone else is still playing for achievements, I can't play my favourite class!

Anyway, only got 5 achievements left;
Ignite 10 cloaked spies (I'm on 7, should ahve this, but my first 3 were bugged)
6 axe kills in one life
1mil total fire damage (200K, this is going to take AAAAGES)
Ignite 50 people capturing one of your control points (on 29)
Ignite a spy as he throws away his cigarette (when he selects the disguise kit, I think)

Oh.... and remembering you even HAVE the airblast is the difficult thing :/ Dam Si kept blocking my attempts with Helly to kill Skillers... till i realised i had it too xD and blew him away

Heh, I'm fairly proficient with the air blast, but the good soldiers are learning to counter, and even if they haven't, you can't reflect all the rockets (the ROF of the airblast is too slow), but I've spent the last 8 months dodging, so it's no biggy. As a point of interest, it can reflect rockets, both demo attacks, flares and sentry rockets. Still haven't tried against a needle gun.

Finally got Spontaneous Combustion today (ignite cloaked spies). Up to 44 on Controlled Burn (ignite capturers) and ~240K on Pyromancer. I expect I will get Controlled Burn tomorrow, depending on the maps, and Pyromancer will take another 35 or so Pyro hours (I estimated the total at 50hours, but it started from 0 at the update). Got a Light (ignite a spy as he "flicks a cigarette") and Clearcutter (6 axe kills) might come randomly at some point, Clearcutter might need me to go on a melee only server (melee_ringking).

I think, of all the people I know, I have the most legitimate pyro achievements! :D I don't have 5 legitimate ones (the 4 I don't have and hotshot). I'll count hotshot legitimate when I actually do it, though rebound kills are rare (I've had 3, I think), especially crit ones.

You need 1 more medic achievement for the kritz, and 6 more for the Saw, excluding milestones.

I wish Valve would introduce a "remove achievement" feature, so I could get rid of my medic ones, and do them properly, like my pyro ones.

Yes, but that includes the first milestone, so you only have 14 that count towards the 15 (it actually says 16, which includes the milestone).

I think it's good, it means you don't have to do loads of ridiculous stuff to get them all (some of those achievements you wouldn't get through normal play). Shame they didn't do it like that from the start, I wouldn't have whore then.
