I checked on play.com and amazon.co.uk and the price of CDs is actually higher than if i went out and bought them or just downloaded them.

DRM - Digital Rights Management, basically that copy protection crap that prevents you doing what you want with your music.

well i want to listen to my music :s thats all really. I only buy albums that i dont want to or isnt my favourite or i cant bloody find anywhere else XD most of the time i end up falling in love with the music i buy so i go out and buy hard copy XD

Yeah, the problem with DRM if you start trying to use it on lots of machines, as it has a limit.

true but aslong as this laptop is fine it should be ok. itunes allows u to create 4 i think accounts on diff machines this is my 2nd.

Only reason I have iTunes is so i cant put the music onto my iPodand I cant use that cz I don't have any head phones for it and it can't hook up to my car

i use itunes cus its awesome WMP sucksnly use that for ripping cds cus it seems to do it better than itunes does. I find itunes is a better way to keep track of your music

Lol it does take ages to rip cds XD and i use iTunes on the mac to make cds lol

I just bought Girls Aloud greatest hits XD for a fiver go me!! i love all there songs but dnt have any of there cds cept anything ive got off now cds lol
