Little Mac from Punch Out! Upgraded from his very bad 2D model to a glorious 3D one. Kinda like Knuckle Joe in what he does.

Hmm, the 3 taunts could be separate animations, but using the same button? (Randomly chooses one). I haven't seen that vid, so I wouldn't know if this has already been confirmed wrong.

D Pad taunts Any direction did it on Melee, but now i think they have 3 diff taunts, Up/Side to Side and Down as taunts.

Ah, ok, cool. Just making use of the spare buttons, I guess!

Peach's Final Smash yesterday The Peach Blossom. She does a dance, loads of peaches fall down and you send the opponents to sleep...The peaches recover you (which blends well with Peach's defensive play) and then the people furthest away from Peach sleep the shallowest. So they'll wake up first...So when it comes, get as far from peach as you can!

That's quite an interesting final smash, quite different from the major damage ones of the others.

And how can you predict the updates?

Educated guesses to be honest... Most weeks include a pokeball/AT and some character info And so far, every character has been released on a Friday...

Well, I know for a fact that Cpt Falcon IS in it. So it is simply a matter of time before he is released...

Ice Climbers are the only veterans left now who havent had their Final Smash released too...

I'm guessing he was in a video or something, then?

You never know, they could announce a non-veteran's final smash, aswell...

Im going to kill everyone the furthest away then people who are closest then eat the peaches.........unless they disappear

Yeah, but she has enough of a chracter to be alone...And the Cpt Falcon thing is purely off the Icons next to all the items/AT's and stuff....but not the DS has an icon

Today: STAGE: Pictochat (OH look, I was right It's a stage)



Basically the PictoChat function from the DS. Whether someone can link up using a DS and actually draw the stage I don't know. But that would be a nice interesting twist. But it does loook pretty good, nice changeable stage with ink that hurts you XD

Hmmm....Why has the last pic been cut slightly differently to the others? All 4 characters are on the screen...I mean the left side of the image has been cut off. The "Now" bit is missing compared to all the other pictures...Item or AT of the edge of the screen maybe?

Donkey Kong Makes His Stand

It looks like Bowser is getting in on the evil action, a Hammer bro with some Goomba's is making off with Donkey Kong's banana stash! Diddy Kong comes from nowhere and saves Donkey Kong from 3 Bullit Bills. But the Hammer Bro gets away....

Heh, interesting, so now it's Bowser and those weird people?

Dunno...Probably not...But all the evil characters combined might have something to do with it...But every character has a different story. It will be interesting to see if any of the "Good" characters are portrayed in evil roles...

So if you play the single player with different characters you get a different story?

Yup, and depending an how the teams turn out aswell. It'll be interesting to see just how stuff happens...Because you'll have to fight all the bosses...but there are going to be many ways to get to them all...

Interesting, so you'll end up with a different story with he same bosses? Sounds pretty good for replayability.

Yep, but even if the majority is the same, its still a very different experience with each character as they all have different fighting techniques...For example, Peach could amazing at a particular level, but Yoshi would suck on that same level...If that makes sense...

Today: TARGET SMASH! (Renamed from Break The Targets) & REPLAY MODE


Target test has always been a large part of SSB. Both the original and Melee had Break the Targets, which is essentially a place where the more gifted people can try and use their experties to beat the target tests as fast as humanly possible. Always more skillful than full on fights because u have to be able to time jumps and work out the best routes. Even normal players will be able to complete the target tests, most are fairly easy.

Also today, we had the revealment that you can record upto about 3 minutes of video. You can send these to your mates. However, it is unknown whether you will be able to directly send these videos to your home computer, or transfer them. You can do this with pictures, so why not the replays too?

Hmm, interesting, I think I've seen you do the target one on Melee...

Also, I was saying they should add video!

King DEDEDE!

So now Kirby has 2 opponents in Brawl...King Dedede joins as a heavyweight fighter, swinging a wooden mallet. It is unclear if he has his jumping abilities from when he last fought Kirby over the destiny of Dreamland. It will be VERY interesting to see how his story plays out, and what his final smash will be

Hmm, nice. I've never seen him before, I'll assume he was a boss in Kirby games?

Indeed he was. Although fairly similar to MetaKnight storywise because every so often you teamed up with him to try and save DreamLand. I must admit, I had to do some research into Dedede, as I know little about him. Apparently he is Dream Lands self imposed Leader/ruler. He put himself in control, but the citizens rarely take any notice of his laws...

Today: King Dedede's Special Moves



This is his B Down move, the Jet Hammer. Charge it up and let it loose in a close up fight and BOOM! Whoever you hit will just go flying! You can't hold this charge though like Samus's laser beam. But you can walk around with it....



This is his Triple Jump move (Or B Up Special). It does look fairly good height wise, but seems to suffer the same disadvantage to Luigi in Melee in that it doesnt gain you much horizontal distance (If at all). He seems to slam back down onto the floor too, I suppose similar to Kirby's Final Sword triple jump (Or Yoshi and Bowser's B Downs on Melee)



His B Smash is the Waddle Dee toss. Yes, it sounds cruel, but Dedede can do what he likes as king. Every so often he can also pull out a Waddle Doo and Gordo which seemingly have different affects and damage no doubt. Similar to Peach's turnip pulling B Down where each turnip does different damage depending on what face it has/can also pull out BombOmbs...

His normal B however, is still under wraps...It is probably similar to Kirby's where he inhales enemies and spits them back out. Dededecide might become a popular KO method....
