Who here can make a train junction, with 4 tracks coming from each direction (all 8), without jamming? I want to see what ideas people come up with.
Oh, and who's seen the latest patch? You can have 14x14 train stations! And trains 126 carriages long! Though that does make things a bit boring, actually, as you can just build a super train, saving loads of money on engines, making it easy.

A 14x14 station? My patch i can only get 7x7 stations! Where did you get the latest patch from? Was it
http://www.ttdpatch.net/
This is the latest one i can find. Are there others?
Bye the bye, i have made a 7x7 station rotary with no jams. Does this count?
Oh yeah, Is the latest patch on
http://ttd.cernun.net/ ?
I believe only the Drexler patch is the official (well, first) patch. Ive got version 2.01. Did you download the windows or the DOS version?

There isn't actually a link to this on the ttdpatch site, I found the link on another site-
http://www.ttdpatch.net/src/latestw.zip for the Windows patch and http://www.ttdpatch.net/src/latest.zip for the DOS patch. If you right click on the ttdpatch.exe and hit properties->version, it will say 2.0.7.80 for the linked patch and the new patch is 2.0.10.621.
As for your station, that sounds good, though it isn't the challenge.
Another challenge is 4 tracks coming onto an 8 line mainline, with no jams.

If you don't put any signals in then you don't get any jams!!! You just get crashes!
I'll have a proper think though see what I can come up with, but I don't actually have a copy of the game with me to test them on.

I'm currently making a map that allows an amazing train network. I have to use OpenTTD to make the map bigger, it's so complecated!

Yes, the patch is still in alpha. As I've said, I'm not using it anymore, I'm using OpenTTD instead.

I suppose the one previous wone was the last stable patch he had made. Have you used the new graphics yet or are you just playing the original.

Just the origional. Not sure if the new graphics are compatable with OpenTTD.
This patch is still being tested, so it is not actually oficially relesed yet, I found the link on another site.
