He means the "Keeps" bit u said...It hasnt "kept" being put back like TF2....We were never really expecting it in '07 realistically....Hopefully before February (or atleast in Feb) we should have it...

Hmm, I'd swear it's been pushed back once already, and this makes it twice. That counts as "keeps" getting pushed back in my book. xP (As for TF2 they did a complete redesign about 5 times and never released a date, until the Orange Box announcement, which, being Valve, was ofcourse pushed back a year!)

I hope Sonic is one of the faster and more agile characters, possibly the most, otherwise it wouldn't be right. It's fair to have him not go crazy, but if he's slow it would suck...

Well....The first playabe Demo's have been released at the Nintendo Games Conference.

IGN Review

Currently, everyone LOVES it. IGN has gone from having around 4 vidoes, to nearly 20. Meta Knight is currently the "Players Choice". Only 14 characters are available to choose form on these demo's, and they are far from perfect. But the game engine and designs of the levels look superb.

Ah yes! The return of Home Run mode :D Basically, Mr. Sandbag loves to see Brawlers charge up and let swing with a most ferocious volley! However, he only gives you ten second to flig him as far as you can!

:P My record on Melee is 469M with Roy...Most other are about 300m with all characters over 200m....

Essentially yes...

But this time thye have also added online mode :D So you can either team up, or go against one of your Wii Friends. Competitions will be rife in this mode aswell as Brawl mode....

You both pound the crap into it....Table Tennis tactics ftw...Hit it back and forth and then someone lets loose with the bat...It seems the bat is still the most powerful item in the game. Being able to OHKO people even on 0% damage...

Well....yes...But a Smash Ball only lasts a few seconds...a Baseball bat can theoretically get unlimited amounts of KO's....If you dont drop it, u can keep smashing with it...and smashes with the baseball bat = KO's.....

Only thing is, using it gives u a massive "lagtime" at the end of the move. After the smash hits, there is usually about 60 frames of follow through on the bat animation. Thus a massive weakspot where you cant move/defend. Yoshi's Melee bat move countered this somewhat by bveing rotational. After he swung fowards, he swang right around (Like you would do if u swung very hard and missed) and protected him from the back. Pikachu and Pichu had similar styles. Best bet, avoid it if someone good has it ( 8-) ) otherwise you'll be bashed all over the place. Best thing to do is wait till they run and get them then. Unless they are turned on "High" in the item menu (and are sole item) they don't appear massively often. But when they do, KO's are a coming!

Ah, I see, sounds pretty good. The follow free is probably a major weakpoint against good players, though. I'd probs not be able to use it, lol, do you need to smash attack or normal attack?

Full on Smash attack. TAP! is the key! :D I shouldnt worry, not many people can do them instantly. It takes a bit of time, but you'll get the hang of it pretty quickely. Even novice players are a problem for some experienced players because of their randomness. You can kinda make up tactics against certain people throuh experience. But new comers are a different sort of challenge, you have to fight differently. Be more wary. You can be more confident in your attacks, becuase you know they wont usually be able to pull off something good. But thats the problem, the higher % you get too, the less risks your likely to take.

If that makes any sense at all....That's why i found Si such a problem on Melee. He was the only one who had a vague idea of how to play that I hadn't played before. So i had to be extra cautios and he did get me a few times....

Meowth the Pokeball was an update today, which put an end to the arguements that Meowth would be a playable character (:roll:)

But the main update today was the control scheme for the Wiimote:

Pretty simple to use to be honest. I think I'll stick to my GC pad however, unless i take to the Wiimote and Nunchuk way of playing. Only real problem is sheild and grab buttons are in slighty inconvenient places. All the other controls are also still on the Wiimote, it does indeed have anough buttons. You will only however, be able to use 1 taunt instead of 3 ;)
