And I'd go for the Wii, as I've actually used one and it was very fun.

I have a Wii, it's fun, but i don't play it much. However, I would consider it better than the others as it is different, whereas the others are pretty much like computers (game wise) just with less accurate controls. However, if you want a shooter and online console, 360 is your best bet.

360 all the way, quality games (bioshock) as well as online available, u can talk to ur m8s, u can download demos, u can play other ppl, dl new stuff, wot more could u want????

360 sounds wicked sick, i thought PS3 would be best lol, but do you need to buy extra stuff to conect it ta internet

PS3 is rubbish, it's overpriced and has no decent games, really. It's a relatively cheap blu-ray player, though, if you want one of those.

If you want a fun console - Wii.

If you want a serious console - 360. Bear in mind that if you have a good PC this is kinda pointless as the PC will do the same (and the games will be cheaper).

gd points from mark, tho if u r going to get a console then the 360 because out of consoles i wld say it has the best games (obv. most games r now released on a PC). HOWEVER, u should not consider a PS3, look at the price for a start, followed by the fact it has no good games!!!

get a pc so u dnt rely on ur bro, get css, the hl series and of course bioshock (the best game released to date)

Well i'll be getting my bros comp for free nxt year, so thats pretty good. Its got Neon lights wooooo lol. But for time being ill go with what you said and get a 360. But PS3 has hand sensed control, great graphics but on the other hand has really really expense games.

LOL, "neon" lights (actually cold cathodes or LEDs) don't make the comp go faster. xP

As for the PS3, the controller is apparently really sucky, six-axis is just a Wii ripoff and graphics aren't everything (and 360 matches it anyway). Add this to no games and poor online, 360 would be a much better bet for a serious console, and I believe internet play works really well on it with a good set of games..

3GB RAM and 8800GTS 640MB here Unfortunately only 0.4TB of space then again the HDDs are old. Oh, and blue cold cathode and LED lighting...
