I'm glad I didn't get a dual-core upgrade in the end, since Athlon X2 performance is now pants compared to Core 2 Duo. So I'm glad I saved my money in the end.

If I had more money I would get get 2 7950s, 4GB low latency RAM and the best processor available, with a Physx and even Xi-Fi.

Well, I'd get 2 EVGA 7950GX2 OC's with 4x 1GB Corsair PC6400 3-4-3-9, Asus P1 PhysX 256MB, Core 2 Extreme X6800, and 4x WD Raptor 150's, and a Dell 2407WFP.

Any more than ?100 probably isn't good value for money though, consering it's a second hand card and it comes with some dust. The dust smells of my body spray -- must be where my fans suck the spray in to my PC in the mornings.

No, he gets money to buy PC stuff. And some food and stuff every now and again.

Last week I bought a loaf of bread and some corned beef and actually made some sandwiches instead of going out and buying my lunch, to save money. Figured out that I spend roughly ?600/year on food for myself... which isn't bad. All other food like breakfast and dinner is paid for, usually. Sometimes I go down to the Newent Tandoori for a chicken tikka massala! That's about ?8 then :/
