It's some helpdesk software. It's very buggy. It seems to happen when I leave it on overnight. Seems to tie in with the backup of the database, I think it unmounts it and then mounts it again so it breaks the connection. I have to close the client and open it again before I can use it, otherwise it gives me that "catastrophic failure" message lol. |

Catastrophic failure is a brilliant error message.  The last time I saw something like that was in the Dark Knight of all places ("damage catastrophic"). I recommend more errors like this for widespread distribution. |

It's a HP Remote Management server it keeps track of our printer consumable levels and automatically places orders with our HP consumables provider when we get low. Obviously it looks to be not working right now
