It spawns at random times on the cp_manor_event map. It's a ghost with a pumkin head that insta-kills with a giant axe. The ghost itself is also large, and can run rather fast. Quite deadly. And purple.

Is there any update that VALVe release that doesn't add more sh*t and actually fixes some bugs, visual inconsistencies and balanced things? :P

Yes, the ones that they don't post about on their blog because they're bugfix patches :P

I completely agree. I got some awesome shots as a sniper, and some neat backstabs. And FISH KILLS!!!
