Does anyone know if you'll be able to upgrade an RC1 install to release by just purchasing a key (either in boxed form or from a website) and installing a few updates? |

The RC expires Jun 1st 2010. However as of March 1st 2010, windows will shut down every 2 hours to encourage you to upgrade. |

I'll be getting the 64-bit version along with a RAM upgrade for my laptop which I don't even have yet. By the way, I've just had the delivery date confirmed as 18-May-2009 between 8am and 1pm. |

Is it worth upgrading to 64bit yet ( I heard microsoft were aiming towards to sell more 64 and less 32 bit disk with 7) |

The only Vista 64 incompatibility I have ever found were some Netgear drivers, but I don't think they had 32bit either. Most software should work, as it "emulates" (poor choice of word) 32 bit for 32bit applications. |

From what I've seen, read and heard, Windows 7 is absolutely fantastic. They're not letting the magical number 7 down, thankfully. |
