I normally play on the public server if i play on any I believe that there should be a default of 4 bots in total instead of 6. My reasons are simple: bots suck, we need 6 people to play to get rid of them....and its frustrating when both players are dead watching bots play in there noobish ways. The map cycle can also be annoying, when voting for the next map it always seems to like randomly picking the not so good maps (I like most of the original Valve maps)...yes on the upside this means that more of the custom maps will be played However I would rather leave and join another server than play on some "not so good maps" with bots |

bots fail even more on customs as well ^^. this is all being sorted slowly anyway, people don't have unlimited time to come up with an awesome rotation, etc. It was done by adding the maps everyone suggested but backfired by now meaning you're very lucky to get two "good" maps in a row. Slowly but surely the stuff is being sorted out

LOL yes they do suck more on custom maps  Ok as long as it is being sorted I have no quarrels...but maybe you could just make the rotation the original valve maps with the added popular ones |

well, all the maps that have been added are the ones that were popular to our members, so it will do very little to decide on the popular maps. I agree the rotation/votes for next map need to be fixed but this takes time on deciding what to have, to take out, etc. If you ask me, I can change the map as well (so long as I'm not at university) |

You can only access it by having the rcon, which I don't have

Only me and Si have RCON, so he would need to be ingame. Sorry that the CSS server is really buggy atm, we're looking at getting it switched over to SourceMod (which is better), but Si is a bit busy, I think. |

didnt wanna start a new thread, so have decided to use this one. Have you guys just got the one CSS server? Basically were looking at maybe entering a team into this tournament Ogris is doing, and were just gunna pile onto a server, have a laugh and play a few maps to get back into the swing of CSS  in no way are we saying "were gunna use your server to have a practice on" but id rather jump on a server thats run by peeps we know, than have some bone-head admin come on and be a tool Cheers Pebs |

(or I wouldn't have thought so ).

Wasnt expecting it to be closed off mate but its appreciated!As i said, i just didnt wanna use a server and some admin come on and be a tool, ofcourse if you guys wanted to jump on and maybe have some sort of a scrim it would be ace  Pebs |

I expect we'll play each other in Oggy's tourney anyway . Yeh, of course you're allowed to use our servers. It's not like you're high jacking them lol. So feel free whenever - although the maps in Oggy's tourney aren't neccesarilly the ones the server will be playing all the time it's better to just get a feel for the game ^^

Be warned: the bots on our server hax. Office is the main map but "nominate" your map then type "rtv" to get the maps you want to practise on. Or call one of the admins to come on and change the map for you. Some special-super-duper admins (Si/Skillers) can do it remotely without coming on. |

Hes wrong, the bots wouldnt be there, therd be more than 6 of you... and the map doesnt restart now, it stays were its left, so you wont be on office mutch at all. |
