Since people are such cheapskates and don't wish to experience the awesomeness of SC2, this still seems like a good idea for everyone to download and play together.

Unless there's another reason people didn't want to get SC2 and thus won't get Quake Live... like for instance they were too chicken? :P

It can also be fatal to confuse them with their exploding cousin, the baneling. ;)

Because people are so cheap that they won't download a game that's FREE (insert plenty of exclamation to highlight this). Either that or they're scared to face the mighty Wynney at a real man's game where skill is essential unlike that hat RPG people don't play anymore ever since Lamsey vanished.

Serious answer, because people aren't going to play this game. This "community" has very little activity together. And the acts of togetherness that I've seen were 3 people playing a 4-player game and immediately kicked the 4th person out with no warning or reason why, until 1 of the 3 got flamed at by the understandably disgusted member. That and you and Kyle playing co-op on Portal 2. That's it.
Oh and me, MC, McDave, Mettycheesychoochoo, Wynney, Helly and Helly's bro have been playing a lot of SC2 together. That doesn't count though, as only 2 of them are actually part of the community (staff members to give you a massive hint you don't need but probably others who read this will need). The rest aren't. So I guess that counts as 2 people.
So great, no more than 3 people can get together online and play a game within this community. I mean we can't even get Quake Live, A FREE GAME FFS, going within this community.

(Skillers of course is absent, but he has work and is awesome, he's excluded from this vent... scratch the awesome part though as that was a complete fabrication of the truth :P)

So with that vent, I shall continue to derail the topic to actually give this forum some use outside of discussion of the latest game to be released, and outside of something completely random.

Whilst I do have work to be doing, when I'm back at University I will be able to play a few games such as Starcraft 2 awesome, and later Portal 2 co-op. :)
