Please would all members and potential members please review our new recruitment policy here. We are doing this as I felt it was necessary to be a bit tighter on letting people in to reduce the amount of inactive members we are getting, and to make new members feel more at home before becoming an actual member. I would like current members to review this policy as your input on both the policy and new members is valued. Please note that all current members are not subject to this recruitment policy and will stay members as they are presently. There is currently no other way to join TCHS. This may change soon if we can think of a fair and effective system of invitations. This change is for the good of a clan as a friendly pro-active community. If you feel that you do not like this system, please complain constructively. All ideas about the recruitment system should be posted in this thread. Thank you - Skillers (CL) |

The new system sounds very good Skillers, only dedicated applicans will nopow be able to join really (well hopefully) I just thank god that I didnt have to go through the process like that! (I would have done it, I'm just lazy  )Would a specific application board/ thread be fitting? As well as a private area where members could go through that review process Just my two cents! |

We do have a specific board, it's a subforum of this one ^^ Some sort of private discussion for existing members could be worth looking into. |

btw, just so you know and you dont think he is "dead weight" wolf is in tenerieff and probably be back wednesday. The aplication thingy looks alright, wtf with the trial thing thogh? seems lame |

Yeah, I wondered where Wolf was, haven't seen him online so assumed he was out somewhere. The trial is to stop us accepting anyone. If we see if people are active before they join, then we won't pick up more dead weight. |

We like people to be active in game and being on IRC is good, but the forums are most important. |
