lol, if u ban one thing, u have to ban everything else, including:

tv, newspapers, books, music, videos, etc.

basically everything.

also, when i play fifa, it dsnt cause me to have any extra desire to play football.....guess i jst have common sense :mrgreen:

i think 100% of ppl realise its only a game, u jst get the odd person tht doesnt.

is thr any particular reason ur dad always uses comp? cos otherwise u could bargain with him about a timetable of use. i used to have to do tht, bt my bro sis and dad all have cheap laptops now, so this comp is effectively mine :mrgreen:

Actually, it's generally just unstable people and people who are too young to understand it that take it badly. The media hypes it up with "murderer found in possession of GAMES, OH NOES! GAMES ARE EVIL!" kinda thing.

I'm quite lucky, I actually have a good comp to myself, and my parents are quite lenient about violent games. I don't think they approve, but they realise that I understand that they are games.
