Well in my old clan we did things differently... with more involvment. Basically it was like this
You had a question master, with a gun(preferably an AWP so he can kill people, or warn them with legshots), and he kept asking questions, you signaled you were ready to answer by shooting, if you were wrong, he killed you, if you were correct you move on, this was repeated untill only one person was left, then he became the question master.
It's a pretty skeleton explanation, but you should get the idea
