I'd already started working on the idea around one of these.

Right, basically we want a new logo for Techious, as we don't actually have an image logo yet. The rules are pretty simple; Must be square. Must be an image (not just writing). Must have the Techious colour scheme (red and black). Must have a transparent background. Must be copyright free and free of signatures (they would look wrong on a logo). Must be atleast 500x500px for quality and scaling purposes. Tips; Make it simple, it needs to be recognisable easily. Represent all parts of TCHS, not just CSS/TF2 (consider RTS game, OTTD, TMU etc). Notes; If you wish to try and replace our existing logos, you can, though you will need to provide TECHIOUS and TCHS versions. Also, you are free to modify our current logos (and the vector red versions, I will post them later, but they are in the Wallpaper thread). By entering the competition you give Techious free and total control over the images you submit. This gives us the right to use it on our website and any Techious related objects, including merchandise (for which you will receive no comission - all profits go towards the clan servers). PNG is the preffered file format, especially as JPG does not support transparency. More information may be added at a later date. How to enter; Use the attach mod to attach images you want included. for clarity can something like this be considered an image?  a pattern with letters? or does it have to be more like this?

Yeah, I was thinking simpler than what we currently have with just the red and black (and shading of the red, maybe), to make it more bold. But the main aim of this cometition is for a pictorial logo. |

Just noticed one thing about your entries, Wigo, if you could set transparancy and use a transparency compatable format (PNG preffered) that would be good. |

Try going to the forum games section first then viewing this topic. It seems the permissions for attachments are a bit messed up in some forums, but if you view it from a forum where you can upload, you should be able to attach in this topic. |

yeah i get that but you know i need examples when things have to be done a certain way, i but you want simplistic, n im no good at that so i need an e.g lol, cz the stuff i would come up won't be what you want... I'll try and think, but unless some inspiration hits me im guna be pretty useless lol |

Heh, that's pretty cool, except it needs a transparent background and will be placed on a black background, so the face and bomb won't work. |
