i ate pizza and coached people on how to play starcraft. (H)

then watched porn and drank away my sorrow till wee hours of the morning and was forced to skip school due to projectile vomiting.
overall a good day

Nope nothing interesting really... Which is fine cause I hate the day anyway.

A lot of people hate the day. I'm not a fan of it either, it just ended up being a nice day which was coincidentally also Valentines day.

I do not get why people hate the day, it seems like a nice sort of day to me, however I personally had nothing to celebrate on it.

because they didn't have anything to celebrate on it probably :p

also the whole couples thing being so in your face for 24 hours just for the sake it's 1 day :/

It's not as nice when you celebrate it one year and not the next. Or three years ago but whatever, not counting or anything.

i wrote an essay on magic!!!!! then spent the rest of the night playing and watching tele :D

i must admit the best valentines present ive heard about so far was my friend who got 12 packets of skips, 1 packet of razzles and 3 strawberry yazoos... but it was sentimental in a weird way haha

Got up at 7:30, left at 8:45, first lecture at 10, 3 hours working/eating in uni, nother lecture, 2 hours dossing, 2 hour lecture (5-7pm, fun times), go home, get food, eat with some TV (end about 9:30), sleepily browse internet thinking I should do work for 3 hours, sleep (then repeat next day with more lectures).

As for Valentine's day, I personally think it's quite silly. It's commercialized nonesense about something that doesn't need to happy. Why have a set day for going out or nice gestures? If you really care and are like that, surely any day/reason works, and is actually more meaningful?

I agree Skillers.

Gestures like those expected on Valentines day are more meaningful when it isn't actually Valentines day.
