Depends on application. Also, Linux isn't really a valid OS, in the same way "Windows" isn't an OS, it's more a family. |

Yes, but calling "Windows" or "Linux" the best OS is kinda silly, considering the massive variations within the families (especially Linux). So yeah, dictionary definition is right, but doesn't mean it's a logical use. |
