As this date is looking more and more likely, I thought I'd decide to make it pretty much official. We will be looking into how to accommodate you guys and sorting out food reasonably soon. I'll grab the list that Ky was making in the other thread over to here now and give this place a nice tidy, get rid of some of the other stickies and the like to make it clearer to everyone what is happening. Si/Ky feel free to edit this as and when it is required OK? If you guys can keep us updated, then we can keep track of everyone here, will likely be a similar cost to last year. I'll have to decline having made other plans and not able to afford both. Croatia instead, warmer and cheaper. |

Updated List!!!!! Also Hall is finalized, paid for and booked fully. Its ours. Well it was already but the full amount is paid for sake of technical details. |
