1600 page loads per day for web, but unlimited email and unlimited visual voicemail.
That 1600 figure only applies for GPRS/EDGE (impossible to reach the limit), it's truly unlimited if you use a WiFi connection with an unlimited broadband package. But then even that unlimited is just "unlimited" most of the time.

So technically not, as I suspected, but probably pretty damn hard to reach the limit. Unless some <I AM INSULTING PEOPLE> makes a page with loads of frames.

Have been using it for over a month now, and I must say I am impressed. My contract cost me £35.54 this month (I went slightly over 200 minutes) so I am really happy about that! It's very easy to use, but I find that the phone can lock up if you try to do too much at one time, like play some music whilst emailing images to multiple contacts whilst dowloading new emails whilst trying to access favourites or something like that... resetting is quick though.

I'm not surprised about the lockup thing, most portable things (and most computers for that matter) do it at somepoint.
I heard you had broken it so it wouldn't charge?

Ah well, I thought I had broken it. Again, this was a bug and was fixed by restarting it.

It was just reporting a very low battery. I got a 10% warning after a full overnight charge (full charge only takes something less than an hour anyway), and thought that something was wrong, so I boxed it up and took it back to O2 in Gloucester. They said that I should call the number on some bit of paper somewhere that I may or may not have, can't remember. Anyway, it was a Saturday and I didn't feel like calling the number. Sunday night it started ringing from inside the box I left it in... with a 10% charge it would never have lasted over a day... I restarted it, and hey presto - the correct battery life reading returned.

Oh, so it just wasn't reading correctly, lol. Why didn't you think to restart it straight away?

If that says they don't crash, it's a lie. They crash less because you run less on them (less programs). As a computer veteran a restart should always be the first thing you do!

On the contrary, we have found that restarting is often more time consuming than simple diagnostics.

Well a restart is quicker than boxing it up and waiting to go to a shop...
And when I say first thing, I don't mean in general, just when things lock up completely or seem to be getting confused.
