It's interesting to know that I could use a 1.5 delay weapon with a 5 delay weapon and get the same hits per minute taking in to account the 30% reduced haste from dual wielding...

I also discovered that to negate the 30% haste reduction from dual wielding, you need a haste of 46.

If you dual wield a 4 with a 4 on a 46 haste, your delay will be 4 and 4. If you had 0 haste however it would be 5.2 and 5.2. As soon as you go above 46 you start to reap the benefits of haste while dual wielding. Of course, you'll still get more hits per second by dual wielding those same weapons even with 0 haste but you will effectively be doubling your hits per second by getting 46 haste.

Haste is capped to 120%, I think, and I think that the lowest delay weapon you can get right now is a 1.1 second. If you don't dual wield you'd get an attack off every 0.4 seconds (or 0.6 seconds when dual wielding). The only thing this weapon would be good for is CoB, Stampede, or any other 100% proc rate buff... Glacial Assault too actually. Better to stick with a 6 hander for big hits though.
