My thoughts: Good new feature, more f***ing hats (am I honestly surprised? not at all), new taunt seems cool, Meet the Medic and Meet the Pyro are done and about time too.

Meet the Medic is rumoured to come out at the end of the awards. Meet the Pyro probably shortly afterwards (it's been VALVe-confirmed to be the last one).

Where's the confirmation of the "meet the"s? The last page of the comic definitely implies the medic, but I see nothing to suggest Pyro.

Ah, subtle. Should have have probably also noticed the references to very direct references to the other meet the videos (I just took most of them as recurring jokes).

I've been trying to get the replay feature working on the server... seems like Valve added a way for us to do it in a "actually usable" way.

TF2 Server -(FTP)-> Techious Server -(HTTP)-> You download.

When this is working, we'll give it a shot :)

Isn't there some issues with switching class or joining a server with replays on or something? It stopped crashing yesterday after we turned it off :/

As much as I agree Hawke (at least with Fraps), I think this new system does give better "performance" as in it's recorded post-creation so frame rates stay good while playing.

The post definitely implied they work like the STV replays for your life (on that matter, I want to know whether it gives retroactive information for the current life or if it's just from the button onwards, I got the impression it was retroactive to allow people to capture good stuff after it happened).

Skillers, you can hit the record button just after you die (during waiting to spawn) and you get your last life
