well whats ur favrite photo editor?

if u use a diferent 1 then a mod or the admin will add it just say what it is

My favourite is Fireworks - it's simpler than Photoshop, but still produces great pictures. I've never used The Gimp.

Well, i like FW and PS, theyre both good at what they do, and i use them both frequently depending on what im going to do, usually PS as it has pressure sensitivity with my tablet.

The gIMP looks nice but i dont like it because it makes my tablet go ballistic

Hmm, yeah, I could do with pressure sensitivity. Doesn't FW have it? Oh, and I don't have PhotoShop.

No FW doesnt have it (as far as i know)

Do you know any freeware that has pressure sensitivity?

I dislike all Macromedia software. I have used the Gimp, but for ease of use, yet with depth and zillions of features, PS is by far the winner (IMO).

Anyway, I recognise PS has more features than FW, but I just can't get to grips with it. Probably because I don't have it on my home PC.

Probably because it costs ???'s, and we won't discuss ways around that since it can get people in to trouble... What??

Yup, too right. Why does software hve to cost so much, even though it's probably a lot easy to make than modern games!

well is u want a free and very good photo editor gimps great and except the fact that graphic tabs don't work properly in my opinion is basiclay as good as ps

The reason that multimedia creation software is so expensive is because you can make money from using it. This is especially true in recent years, when the Internet officially converted in to a graphical/visual medium :P

the only reason fireworks is my fav is cos its the only one i know how to use, and comes with flash

Yup, and on that Flash note, it's also similar to Flash and is intergrated with the entire studio.
