i'm next on the failure list.
full screen windows causes the thing to reset without warning.

Video card fan has decided not to spin. small case and poor cooling is causing some epic overheating.
one of my RAM sticks seems to have somehow broken, only 1 stick can be detected.
HDD is full, likely to be loaded with viruses, PSU is not long for this world either.
could repair it but i can't really upgrade.
want multi core, but my mobo wont support anything higher than this old P4.
new PSU and mobo for a better card etc..

so i've decided to build a new one :)
going to save up for a bit to put together something high-endish
i'll post my thoughts on parts later but i appreciate any recommendations on what to go for.

i want 4gb RAM, multi core and good cooling.
aiming to have it finished by Christmas.

obviously i wont be able to play games with u guys for a while :(

Q6600, HD4870, 4GB RAM standard kit. £700-800.

Unless your budget is different?

ROFL!
mcdonalds PC, so like hot enough to cook on?
my current cooling with an HD4870 should be able to manage that.
would probably taste better than McDonalds too.

anyhow
Coolermaster HAF 932 anygood?
its big but i don't care.
