the second best computer in our house is now runnin 98 cause its the only os that windows will alow mor than 1 computer usin at the same time bt i don't think 98 was designed 4 high spec cause it never reaches more than 50 pescent usage of ram or processsor

98 is appaulling, unsupported and highly flawed. If your system can cope with it, get yourself a copy of XP OEM with a mouse :) Costs ?100

as at the mo i techniquly have a fund of -?350 i dont think i cn aford it though if it wasnt 4 the lack of suported drivers i would use linix cause all its guna b used 4 is browsin n being a website development server but theres no drivers 4 half of my components im usin so i installed 98 n as it is its fine cause non of the anoying flaws in it r effecting what im usin it 4

But it had XP on it before!?!?! 98 won't be able to use all your resources because it can't recognise them properly.

no this comp had linix on it bt none of the sound or graphic stuff worked so i installed 98 n it all works but won't use all its speed even though it dose recognise it is there
