My basically brand new Samsung 2023NW screen (which I bought in February) has this last week or two become extremely irratating.

Evetthing that is light onto a dark background gets like, smudged across the screen.

I was wondering what I should do... COntact EBuyer about a replacement? Or send it back to samsung or what? :| I don't really want to fork out for P&P for sending it away....

Check cables first (make sure everything is in right.

Then contact eBuyer.

When I RMA'd (HDD) with eBuyer they sent a courier to pick it up, tested the next day and sent a new one the day after, all free of charge. I think they make you pay if it's not broken.
