You mean so its not two pages side by side? Zoom in. You probabily need about 120-130% for it to not do that.

Si is right, it automatically does that if you zoom out enough. If your screen is 1080 wide, set the zoom to 100% and it will go back to centre.

There is that function, but the default setting is so that when more pages will fit, they do. It's not like you can't just shrink the window or zoom in anyway.
