Well, i just put itunes onto my pc, put all ma songs onto it, then went to do the 'Get album artwork' thing. It said i needed to log into itunes store, so i went to make an account... It wouldnt connect to the store, it said "itunes cannot connect to the itunes store. The connection times out."
Or something along those lines.

Point is that i WAS able to connect to itunes store once before when i first installed itunes. Now it wont let me yet the diagnostics from itunes say that all is well

Disabling Norton Firewall may not be enough. If it is anything like Comodo, you will need to fully uninstall the thing in order to work out whether or not it is causing the problem.

That sucks as Norton has one of them "You can only install this thing 3 times" things, sucks.

I did end all processes for Norton so surely thats the same as it not being there, as its not doing anything.
