Anyone given this a go? Just came out on Steam, but has been available elsewhere for a while. It's a free to play game with a similar style to LoL (but also completely different).

It's arena based combat with different champions, though there is no in game levelling or items system. All abilities (except self buffs) are skill shots and each champion has 7 abilities (2 of which have EX versions). Games last about 5-10minutes (Generally best of 5, with rounds lasting ~2mins).

It's F2P with a similar shop system to LoL.

Anyway fancy trying it a bit? I played a couple of bot games and it was pretty cool.

Think alot of the main lol people have played it.

When I played it was fun however had some major problems ; the champion selection is limited, and the roles are far too defined.

It is what I would define the MOBA genre actually as, however takes away a lot of the team aspects of lol and adds in much more individual skill (as long as you are one of the stronger champion types) in spatial awareness / spell use.

Overall fun game for a diversion, but doesn't seem to have much to actually keep you playing for an extended period of time.

Yeah, I've played a few bot games so far, I get the feeling that I will primarily use it just for a 10minute break every now and again. Also, the champion roles don't seem too great to me, but I've only played ranged and melee so far. Seems it's mostly about doing damage.
