Summary:

Steam coming to Mac in May.
All source games will be ported (stuff about having it so that their compiler builds both at the same time, so they are the same version).
Steam game on PC = Steam game on Mac (I'm assuming only in the cases where such a game exists).

As much as I hate Apple, this is a good move by Valve. Maybe we can pwn some Mac nubs with their crappy mice :P

I'm guessing that all other games will be down to the individual developer/publisher, but they will be pushing to make most the games available on both. They are doing Steam for the Mac and using their games (inc Portal 2) as their flagship.
