This is a strategy game, with a difference. It has time travel. The time travel apparently works in multiplayer. God knows how they've pulled it off. Apparently it's stable but still in alpha stages.

It will make your head explode, but I say those who dismiss this due to being too complicated and hard to understand are idiots. If this game actually has decent gameplay (time travel should equal win game play here) then I will be buying this.

They've been testing the multiplayer etc for around four years now.

That look pretty damn awesome. If they get the RTS basics in line, I'll be getting this.

This is scarily awesome, but i see it costing LOTS in system resources.

TBH, I think the complexities of this game would probably make SC look like a noob game

i doubt it but its possible.
It looks like it could be pretty complex though.

lets say for whatever reason you cant scout and dont know what the enemy is doing, you prepare a defense for what you think is X but they actually do Y, you rewind time and undo it. your opponent could try to prevent this of-course but you have a second chance basically. in sc your dead and lose immediately unless you played perfectly from the start.

Better than that MC, you forget to scout early so you send your scout back in time and take a look at what's going on before they've built their army. Then start your factories building in the past. Jump back to the present and you're prepared.

At least, it appears to work like that anyway. I'll be pre-ordering this on Thursday evening I think.

The only issues with that are the limited chrono energy and the time waves taking a while to bring the changes forward.
