Her suit is so powerful it would render metal gear useless, its stronger than that of the suit the Cyborg Ninja wears and has far more power. Anyway, she has X RAY ive said that twice now, so she would be able to see him regardless O_o and not even Samus knows how to dismanlte her Chozo weaponry... So i highly doubt snake would know... and seeing as her main gun is literayy part of her ARM....

like i said before Raiden could stop a ship larger than an aircraft carrier with 1 hand. Grey fox had similar strength but metal gear crushed him.
the metal gear laser would slice her in half, not to mention its Nuclear equipped railgun.

Would that be what? A naked duel to the death? In that case... Snake would probably win, But Samus is extremely nimble out of her suit, and would probably just seduce him anyway O_o

Her laser if i'm correct would tear through metal gear, especially if it's fully charged up i'd imagine. Flimsy human metals i expect would buckle unde the power in the beam. Tht o the energy of the beam would fry the circuits of metal gear.

MG has no regular metals, Otacon himself designed them even if samus's laser destroyed metal gear its own laser or the resulting nuclear explosion is sure to do some harm.. if metal gear goes, it takes everything with it.. snake would have probs died fighting rex if they loaded its rail gun

by equal ground i mean with the same equipment. only fair way to decide a fight, think Samus Vs death Star weapons technician for example.

Snake knows how to use every humanoid weapon.... Samus only knows how to use advanced, alienware weaponry.....

You said "With the same equipment" therefore you would have to pick either human tech, or alien tech.... Either way, its not fair.

Male generally outclasses female in hand to hand combat. And Snake is probably a lot stronger than the far more nimble Samus. So if its on strength, Snake would win.... You couldn't have a fight... it would have to be somesort of athletics tryout or something xD!

i maintain my view that the only way to decide such a contest is to start equally.
if i take your word that samus's suit is somehow impervious to all of snakes attacks, that's hardly fair on snake.
if it was a contest of sneaking or hair styling that's hardly fair on samus.

it would be fair if the two met and battled with weapons of similar power and with similar defensive ability. not the exact same equipment for the reasons you posted.

Samus has plenty of will power. Has snake ever fought a stronger version of himself powered up by Phazon?! I think not... Has he taken on the Mother Brain Metroid TWICE and survived? Dark Samus was a clone of samus that was stronger and faster than she was, she still beat her tho in the end. Samus has her fair share of being crushed, trying to be eaten alive (Damn you Ridley/Metaridley) and being attacked by Phazon Space Pirates. plus, she also has no parents like Snake... xD

a powered up version of himself? Liquid, Solidus and of course Big Boss
samus has will power, but snake was a walking corps at the end of MGS4 i don't know how he kept on going.
the difference phazon made to strength < difference between the strength of snake and metal gear. which he has destroyed untold numbers off.

Metal Gear Rex was fatally flawed in its design.... The Gecko's were too... I havent seen anything about Ray, but I assume he also has a stupid weakness.

You cannot compare the Metal gears to Dark Samus. Metal Gears had MASSIVE EPIC design flaws, it was stupid. "RAARRR I AM A GIANT ROBOT!! BUT IF YOU SHOOT ME HERE AND HERE I DIE TO SOME SINGLE MAN STINGER ROCKETS!!!" << utter crap design.

Seeing as Dark Samus had Samus' weapons (and abilities) + the power of Phazon, she was extremely tough to defeat...

fatally flawed? everything has a weak spot.
the game would be stupid if you couldn't actually win, they had to add a believable way to beat it.

even so, it took 20 stinger missiles and about 30 shots from Grey foxes plasma cannon to destroy its small radar, that's not a massive weakness nor an "utter crap design."
on top of that, chances are nobody would have worked out its weakness, snake might not have if he didn't have the guy who frikkin built it giving him instructions!

besides, how can you mock rex for the radar weakness when you can beat dark samus by shooting her anywhere!? that proves snake had the bigger challenge.
