So after reading i healed up by 5HP curing infection and i explored south to brit and back up again to hosp. I killed a Zed outside reducing it to 7 zeds outside in total and got back inside.

I headed back to Pashenton. Currently hanging out back in the Mines Bldg (78, 16).
Watch your step. There are a few ruined buildings in the area.
Looks like we could find plenty to do reclaiming the area.

Rawkins Row PD (79, 17) is currently lit up and Heavily barricaded, so we should have a ready supply of ammunition. St Seraphim's Hospital (79, 15) is VSB, but unpowered.

My first day, I woke up dazed and confused outside a hospital, I decided it would be a good idea to run east for a bit, then noticed that I could look for things I found a flare gun, then I stood near some police stations and looked for more things, then I found two zombies, I shot at one twice with my pistol, then shot at it again with my flare gun, I missed every shot, so I tried to punch it several times, I missed all but once, then i ran north for a bit

First of all keep a watch on your action points (AP).
Once you run out of those you are stuck. They only accrue at 1 every 30 min.
So, be careful to find a safe place to finish your activities.

Pecoside is not too far from my current locale.
I can come scout for you.
What we need to do is to get you into hospital. Stock up your inventory with First Aid Kits (FAKs). Then heal anyone/anything you come across. Zombies included.
Yeah I know, seems weird to heal zombies. But it will help you get xp in the beginning.

I found an entry point quite a bit down the south. You do not have enough AP to get there. I suggest you hold your position until someone with enough AP can hit the barricades down enough for you to get in.

I do not have enough AP to do this. Do not worry about getting killed though, I have a revivification syringe that I have had on my person for some time for just such an emergency. Just hold your position.

There are a goodly number of active zombies in the area.
People are getting a bit nervous and seem to be barricading the neighborhood quite heavily.

Without freerunning you will need to be careful to find VSB entry point whenever you venture outside.

Don't bother with fire arms until you have bought some of the skills.
The starting to-hit probabilities are terrible.
We definitely need to find you an enterable hospital.
