Well in that case here is a hopefully straight forward guide to removing those and at the same time enhancing your experience of Garry's Mod!
Now these errors that you see do in fact represent models that the server has but you do not for Garry's Mod. Most probably this is because the server has addons that you do not (although it could also be because a prop from another game that you do not own has been spawned).
The first step is to find out where your Garry's mod folder is.
It should be something like:
C:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\%your-steam-username%\Garrys Mod\Garrys Mod\Addons
To clarify, it is
NOT:
C:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\%your-steam-username%\Garrys Mod\Addons
That would be the wrong directory.
The correct addons folder is where, as the name of the folder suggests, you place your addons for Garry's Mod!
Now, the best (and most up-to-date) addons are aquired through using svn.
I myself use Tortoise SVN that you can aquire here:
http://tortoisesvn.net/downloadsThe way I understand it, SVN is used by developers to keep their versions up-to-date with each other etc, however the Garry's Mod community also seem to use it for keeping the community up to date with the latest versions of their addons.
Install this (you will most probably need to restart your computer), and then we can proceed to the next phase.
I like to organise my svn downloads so that nothing gets messed up (I'll be more specific on this further down). So, create a folder called 'gmod svn' somewhere, eg:
C:/gmod svn
Within this folder create another one called 'exported', eg:
C:/gmod svn/exported
Now we get on to the parts where you start downloading.
First, create ten folders in your gmod svn folder and name them the following (the links will be explained below):
engine:
svn://svn.gmod.de/enginemodgas:
http://tools.assembla.com/svn/lsextensionls2 rts:
http://OpenSVN.csie.org/lsResorceTransitSystemspetrol:
http://tools.assembla.com/svn/b9DO4Awyer3lRoabIlDkbGphx3:
https://phoenix-storms.svn.sourceforge. ... nix-stormsrd2:
https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/RDistrib2/trunk/RD2/ spacebuild models:
http://spacebuildmodelpack.googlecode.c ... PackAlpha2stargate:
https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/stargate/trunkwiremod:
https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/wiremodwiremod2:
https://svn.wiremod.com/svn/wire2laser:
https://svn.madjawa.net/lua/LaserSTOOLNow, right click on the first folder and select SVN Checkout, and copy and paste the corrosponding link above into the 'URL of repository section'. Then click ok, and let each one finish before beginning on the next folder.
For example, right click on the engine folder, click SVN Checkout, then paste in this into the 'URL of repository' section:
svn://svn.gmod.de/enginemodSome of these will ask for a password. It is always either:
Username: anonsvn
Password: anonsvn
OR
Username: anon
Password: anon
Some of these will take a while to download (especially PHX and Stargate) as they are quite large.
Once these are all downloaded, you then export them. Right click and then go to TortoiseSVN > Export.
Then point it towards your gmod svn/exported folder. Exporting them removes a lot of extra crud that Tortoise SVN uses when it downloads the files (this is what I meant by messed up, often these extra files can double the file size and triple the file count).
Now, you're nearing the end of what you need to do with regards to SVN. Some of these exported folders can be dragged straight into your garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder,
BUT NOT ALL OF THEM.
With stargate and wiremod you will need to go into the folders that were exported and find all the folders with an 'info.txt' in them (they shouldn't be too hard to find). Move those folders into your addons folder.
Then the next stage is to congratulate yourself for succesfully downloading through svn up-to-date addons for Garry's Mod!
There's some further addons as well which don't need svn (well, GCombat has an extra that you download through svn, but after following the above tutorial that shouldn't be too hard
).

That should vanquish almost all of the red errors.
