So I want to go into some form of programming as a job/career. I am unable to go to Uni at the moment, due to lack of ucas etc

I've been thinking about going to college for a couple of years for BTEC Extended Diploma Software Development Level 3, and then doing CompSci at uni. Then from there, finding a job. I've applied for a few already (ones that don't ask for a 2:1 etc), mainly ones that are for web development, but none have gotten back to me.

Thoughts on the best option? After all, this is srs bsns.

Well my Cisco course, counts for nothing. Then I did ICT and Applied Science. I failed ICT and got an E in AppSci. Then I redid ICT (should be getting a b(ish)) and then an E in science.
So basically I've got no points.
