Internet Assigned Numbers Authority. They hold all the IPs (until the regional assigners get them) |

I've heard there's some large scale tests/first implementations happening very soon, can't remember where. |

I read the summary of something similar... it described IPv6 as this brand new technology thats like 1 month old or something xD |
