Is it right for our government to be sued in this way? And more importantly... will it even stop this from happening?

Aah, just one more reason for an all-SSL world I think

I think we shouldn't be sued (they should be going after the company), but I believe there is precedent for it. We weren't holding up some EU laws and they acted on it.

Also, as it is illegal, it won't happen.
