I correct you there are random spawn points. I once drank so much alcohol at an 'in-real-life' event that i died from intoxication, I later respawned a mile away in a bush with half of my gear missing and damaged.

i maintain the belief that this is nothing more than generational old people rant.
they raged at rock n'roll, violent films, sex on tv, games etc. when we are old we'll rage at something for no reason other than to troll the young'uns. its just a constant of life.

There is no direct link there is a correlation which can not prove that violent games cause violent children, no less that it proves violent children play violent games

Just because you favour one side of the argument doesn't mean you should only follow the studies which prove you right, most of them are inconclusive or sway to one side or the other, so I don't think we really know right now.

The debate was far from one sided and you wouldn't ever be able to prove an argument for either side substantionally as there are too many inputs to consider when carrying out testing .

I think she's making the correlation != causality argument (or that the reverse argument could also be used).
