You do realise most pensions are part of your pay anyway? It's a special savings account kind of thing that you put so much in from your pay and then it starts paying out when you retire. There's also the state pension, but I don't think that's a right lot.

"most pensions"? Erm no.

And yes I'm aware that people can choose to get their own, or have one with their employer. But I'm saying that the state pension should have a cutoff date and soon. So that people can start to be more responsible with their futures, instead of complaining about how little they receive. Of course we should continue to support at least people that are aged 35ish and above now as they had less time to plan. Everyone else though should deal with it.
