Found this comic a few days ago, just caught up on the current story. It's a fairly simple comic, based around the idea that the readers control the progression (though it actually has a predetermined overall story), like an old school text based adventure, but with pictures.

It gets kinda weird (and awesome) after a hundred pages or so (the pages go quickly, they're mostly one panel and little text). I'd try to post a sample, but all the best stuff is really spoilery.

Lots of pages are animated, some are even full blown flash animations with music and stuff.
