I use high sensitivity
Yes it makes Sniping a little difficult when trying to move the mouse just slightly to the left/right/etc but I'm used to it because I play Medic on TF2 where I need high sens to constanly do 180 turns to check behind me and turn around when attacked to syringe them. Also I find it helps me in CSS since my team never watches my back and I find I am flanked often and attacked from the sides or back and need to turn around to shoot them back.
