What is the most disturbing scene in any film that you have seen?

It doesn't necessarily have to be horror, but something that leaves you asking questions and feeling uncomfortable.

Human Centipede (haven't watched it) immediately jumps to mind when I think of things that are disturbing in the film genre.

Human Centipede was nowhere near as disturbing as A Serbian Film

not a film but the attempted rape scene from BSG and when the "Please disturb sign" is mentioned it really stuck with me (to the point of when I watched it the second time and the Pegasus showed up I was all like "oh we are "here" again") wouldn't make much sense out of context and it ruins a plot point so no youtube video, but it's focusing on a major plot character that has had a lot of screen time.

(Cali's incident didn't seem as bad in comparison in that she was fighting back.)
