Is this part of the background, or artefacts? I can only see them on the start menu really, which is why I'm curious. This thread is directed at you Mr. Cook, seeing as you're probably the only person to be using it! Also, just to add this in. If a [spoiler] tag NEEDS to have quote marks inside (and this is also how you're instructed to use them), why don't them come with [spoiler] tag? |

When I scrolled the page, the dust didn't move with the image. Also, small image lol. |

So it's artefactorising  I can only see it on the start menu, and occasionally depending on what colour the page is! |
