Anyone feel like acting as a tourist?

I'm doing a short questionnaire(well the company i work for is but yeah), basically you get it sent to your email adress(all i need is your first name, your country of residence, email, and preffered language of survey). Then you get the survey about your stay in slovenia(hence the acting as a tourist thing ), if you complete it you get put into a 500€ travel voucher for free, if you cba hey, you dont need to do it!

All i need is your first name, e-mail, country of residence, and prefferd language of survey.

Any questions, shoot, any help here would be greatly appreciated.
